A controlled, RF-isolated environment for the examination of electronic devices. Global EMC’s Forensic Shielded Rooms create a six-sided metal enclosure built on the Faraday cage principle – preventing devices inside the rooms from connecting to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or cellular (2G-5G) networks.
Suitable for evidential proceedings and examination work, each installation is independently tested and certified by a UKAS-approved ISO 17025 test body. The room is delivered as a complete turnkey solution by Global EMC – specified, designed, manufactured, installed, certified and tested.

Every Global EMC Forensic shielded room comes with a Faraday cage shield, blocking external signals and protecting personnel during immunity testing. Shield effectiveness is measured to EN 50147-1, with 100 dB considered scientific-grade performance. Two levels of shielding are available:
