A controlled, RF-quiet environment for the work that depends on it. Global EMC’s Radio Frequency (RF) Shielded Rooms create a six-sided metal enclosure built on the Faraday cage principle – preventing ambient RF noise and electromagnetic interference (EMI) from entering or exiting the room.

From research and development to sensitive product testing and conducted EMC testing, our rooms are delivered as a complete turnkey solution by Global EMC – specified, designed, manufactured, installed, certified and tested.

Shield effectiveness tested to EN 50147-1

Every Global EMC RF shielded room comes with a Faraday cage shield, blocking external signals and protecting personnel during immunity testing. Shield effectiveness is measured to EN 50147-1, with 100 dB considered scientific-grade performance. Four levels of shielding are available:

OUR FOUR LEVELS OF SHIELDING

Light Shielding

Our Light Shielding offers high levels of performance whilst weighing 66% less than the Standard Shielding. Ideal for any project where room weight may be a concern.

Standard Shielding

The original level of shielding, offering a higher level of performance than the industry standard.

Extended Shielding

Enhanced shielding for higher performance and greater protection at higher frequencies.

Advanced Shielding
